As Kırmızı Köşe Sports Education Services Ltd. ("Kırmızı Köşe") we process your personal data in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the KVKK.
Data processed
Your identity, contact, membership and payment details; training attendance records; information in the medical report and health declaration (special-category data); competition records and photo and video images are processed. For child athletes, guardian details and guardian consent are also obtained. For security, gym entrances and common areas are on camera; there are no cameras in changing rooms.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to perform the membership contract, ensure training safety, make competition applications and meet legal obligations. Health data and sharing of photos and videos are used only on the basis of your explicit consent; consent can always be withdrawn.
Transfer and your rights
Your data may be transferred to federations and organisers (for competition applications), payment institutions and, where legally required, authorised bodies. For your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK you can apply to bilgi@kirmizikose.com.tr.
