Private Lessons and Fight Conditioning

One-to-one technique, competition preparation and conditioning

Private Lessons and Fight Conditioning

A 60-minute one-to-one lesson and a conditioning programme for fighters, with competition planning, video analysis and footwork.

Session 1,300 TRY, 8-pack 9,600 TRY

A private lesson is the way to develop your technique in the shortest time. The coach focuses only on you, corrects your mistakes in real time, does video analysis and writes a plan specific to you. Private lessons are available for boxing, kickboxing, MMA and BJJ.

Types of private lesson

  • Technical development: Footwork, defence, combinations and timing.
  • Competition preparation: Opponent analysis, tactics, weight management and an 8–12 week preparation plan.
  • Fight conditioning: Endurance, explosiveness and agility programmes specific to fighters.
  • Beginner acceleration: A first 4-week one-to-one foundation for new starters.

Video analysis

Class and sparring recordings are watched frame by frame with the coach; foot placement, distance and defensive gaps are identified. The analysis report is sent to you in writing with video notes.

Conditioning programme

With 2–3 sessions a week, heavy-bag intervals, rope skipping, resistance work, ladder drills, Olympic lifting derivatives and a recovery protocol are applied. We re-measure body fat and VO2 estimates every 4 weeks.

For athletes with a competition weight target, a plan is made with the approval of the coach and sports physician; cutting weight through sudden dehydration is not recommended.

Frequently asked questions

I have never exercised; can I start combat sports?
Yes. Beginner groups are non-contact for the first 4–6 weeks; stance, footwork and basic strikes are taught. Most of our members started with no sports background.
Is a medical report compulsory?
Yes. A report issued within the last 6 months stating that there is no obstacle to combat sports is required. Sports physician approval is requested for cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, eye problems, disc herniation, a history of head trauma or pregnancy.
Is sparring compulsory; will I be hit in the head?
No. Sparring is done only with those who choose the relevant group, under coach supervision, with level and weight matching. There is no contact to the face in beginner and children's groups.
What equipment should I buy?
In the first session equipment is from the academy. Afterwards boxing gloves (12–14 oz), wraps, a mouthguard and clean sportswear are enough. BJJ needs a kimono and rashguard; sparring needs headgear and shin guards.
At what age can my child start?
From age 6 they can join the Mini group. Programmes are non-contact and play-based. Guardian consent and a medical report are needed.
